Who we are
Keepwell is made by The Artificer's AI. Questions about privacy go to support@artificersai.com.
The Keepwell for Moms plugin in ChatGPT
The plugin has four tools. Each receives only what it needs to answer:
- Check-in: a mood word, and, if you say them, hours of sleep, weeks since birth, how many hard days this week, and whether it's urgent.
- Sorting what's on your mind: the tasks you list, in your own words, when each is due, whether each could be handed off and how much it matters, and the first name of someone who could take them.
- Recovery after birth: weeks since birth, and whether the birth was vaginal or cesarean.
- Back-to-work plan: your return date, today's date, and whether you're pumping.
The plugin never asks for a child's name or birth date. Please leave your child's name out of the tasks you list.
We don't store what the tools receive or return. Each answer is worked out and sent back, and nothing is saved. We don't log what you said or what the plugin answered. If a tool fails, we log only which tool failed and the kind of error.
How you're feeling is sensitive. We use it only to answer you, and we don't keep it.
Your conversation in ChatGPT is handled by OpenAI under its own terms and privacy policy. What the plugin returns becomes part of that conversation.
The Keepwell app
Your family's data is stored only on your device. Our server doesn't store it. To answer, what you say goes to Google's AI model, with the family details the answer needs.
The recall check sends the product's name, and the brand if you give one, to our server, which looks it up in the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's public recall list. The picture search sends your search words through our server to Wikimedia Commons and Openverse. You can delete everything on the app's Family screen.
What we don't do
- We don't show ads.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- We don't use tracking cookies.
Who receives information, and for how long
These receive information:
- OpenAI: ChatGPT sends the plugin your request and shows you its answer, under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy.
- Our server: Keepwell runs on a server we operate, hosted by Hostinger in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, so requests are processed there. It keeps a standard request log (the time, the address requested, the browser type and the IP address) for security and troubleshooting. The log has a fixed size, so the oldest entries are deleted as new ones arrive, typically within a few weeks. For the app's recall check and picture search, the address requested includes the product name or the search words.
- Google, for the app only: what you say to the app, with the family details the answer needs, goes to Google's AI model to answer you, under Google's terms.
- The US Consumer Product Safety Commission, Wikimedia Commons and Openverse, for the app only: they receive the search words for the recall check and the picture search. When the app shows a picture, your browser loads it from the site that hosts it, which sees your IP address and browser type.
To limit how fast requests can arrive, our server keeps each caller's IP address in memory while it runs, and counts only the last minute. It isn't written to any file or database, and it is gone when the server restarts.
Children
Keepwell is for parents and caregivers. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
